Welcome To Yoga Power Spirit
Studio is now open.
At Yoga Power Spirit we share a physical practice to strengthen the body, shed toxins and become more flexible to create space in the body and therefore in the mind. We cultivate an inner listening, which inevitably leads to a more peaceful life.
The practice of yoga is a personal journey, even though we all share each other's energy in the room. Our 6' by 2' mat becomes a mirror, a reflection for us to see clearly what we need more of and what we need to let go of. Releasing anxiety, stress, shame, and guilt whatever is weighing us down. We break old habit patterns (samskaras) and create new ones in order to recall our true nature with faith, compassion, trust, ease and love.
Practice daily or as frequently as your schedule permits. Our classes will transform your body, your mind and spirit. In order to reap the most benefits, come in often; at least three times a week. If you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, yesterdays practice will not serve you today. Stay in the present moment on your mat and receive the gifts of yoga. The present moment is all we have, with our feet rooted in the earth and our hearts soaring in the sky. Ultimately our practice will lead us to happiness one breath at a time.

If your dreams don't scare you, they aren't big enough.
Enter a space of infinite wisdom. In this soulful, restorative meeting of minds, we will create and cultivate a heightened sense of well-being. You will learn to gain control over your thoughts and emotions, no longer held captive of the same repetitive cycle day-in and day-out. Did you know you have between 50,000 70,000 thoughts per day, but about 90% of these thoughts are the exact SAME as those you had yesterday and the day before that, and so on and so forth? And, most of these thoughts are negative! So, how do we change our thoughts?
We start with our brains. We can actually retrain our brains to create a more positive and rich inner world. Once we rearrange our thought processes, we can attract true happiness that we deserve into our lives. Sarah will show you how to stand in your power and how to appreciate and live in the present moment.
The goal is not to escape reality, but rather to nurture a better reality. We will accomplish all this by setting intentions, and do so in a relaxing, supportive environment.
We invite you into the sublime world of DREAMSCAPING. Each class will differ, but we will cover topics such as meditation, deep breathwork, intention setting, transformational mantras, extended Savasanas, and tracking moon cycles, using manifestation to draw in the experiences we want in our lives.
Dreamscaping is led by Sarah Martin, certified Vinyasa instructor, Reiki trained, and Holistic Life Coach.
